What are the best foods for me to eat. I was diagnosed with acute arthritis. Swollen ankle & swollen knee. I take pain killers & ice the area & try to keep leg elevated when I sit. I was using a cane to walk but now I need a walker to give me more balance.

If your other blood works like uric acid levels and Hb are normal then there is no special food to take or avoid just take nutritious balanced died this will help. Take good rest proper medication and follow your doctor's instructions religiously you will feel better with time. Close contact with doctor and regular follow ups are improtant
